The Parent-Teacher Organization is an important organization and everything it does benefits children.  As an auxiliary organization it conducts fundraising activities and hosts family events for the school.

                      About The Parents...
Our GLS parents provide love, commitment, energy, creativity, and sacrificial giving in raising a generation of history-makers and world-shakers. Our parents take the responsibility for nurturing their children and participating in the schooling process through active involvement and support. In the history of our school, dedicated parents have always been there helping with homework, participating in school activities, and assisting in our classrooms.

Our parents are willing to do whatever is necessary to establish the fullest expression of Christ in our school and to provide the support that allow us to provide an excellent education. We partner with our parents as we work together with a common purpose to ensure that each child succeeds.

Strong and effective communication is key. Friday communication folders, e-mail messages, phone calls, and frequent discussions allow staff and families to stay in close contact. Communication among families strengthens the bond of our school learning community, enabling us to collaborate on behalf of our student.

When children know that their parents and school are united for their well-being, they
are secure and able to grow toward their God-given potential.
